Inheriting the entrepreneurial spirit and building a model of the times

Representatives from Jiangsu Huayi Machinery recently participated in the Tongzhou District Entrepreneurs Advanced Training Program and received several days of training at the Nantong Municipal Party School (Zhang Jian Entrepreneur College). They gained in-depth insights into Zhang Jian's entrepreneurial journey, spirit, and outstanding contributions, and engaged in in-depth discussions with professors and lecturers from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, and Southeast University, injecting new vitality into the future development of Huayi Machinery.

Zhang Jian, a native of Nantong, was an outstanding entrepreneur, politician, and educator in my country's transition from feudal society to modern times. He founded more than 50 enterprises and more than 400 schools in his lifetime, and made outstanding contributions to the rise of modern national industry and the development of education in China.

He saved the country through both industry and education, implemented industrial revitalization and served the country through industry, and left behind huge material wealth and rich spiritual wealth to the world.

During this training, Huayi Machinery's business representatives held in-depth discussions with professors and lecturers from various universities. They discussed the path from high-end manufacturing to high-end "smart" manufacturing, analyzed China's macroeconomic situation and opportunities, and the importance of corporate strategic transformation and business model innovation.

These in-depth, high-end dialogues not only opened up new horizons for entrepreneurs, but also pointed out valuable directions for the development of Huayi Machinery in the next ten years.

In order to further broaden their horizons and learn advanced experiences, the training class also organized visits to Zhongtian Technology Group's 5G factory and Jiangsu Anhui Group's patriotic learning experimental base.
